Nobu Hotel Palo Alto, Palo Alto

I had a mixed experience at Nobu Hotel. The atmosphere is stunning, and I loved the modern design of the rooms. However, noise levels were a significant issue, making it hard to sleep well. Although the staff was friendly, they couldn't fully meet my expectations in service times. Overall, while the aesthetics and comfort are appealing, the noise factor could be a dealbreaker for some.

I had a frustrating experience at the hotel, where I faced issues with my reservation, receiving a double room instead of the king I booked. The Wi-Fi was also not working, which made it difficult for my business trip. On the positive side, the staff was attentive and accommodating, and the room’s decor and amenities were lovely, making my stay somewhat enjoyable despite the setbacks.

My stay was delightful overall, with the check-in being speedy and welcoming. The location in downtown Palo Alto is fantastic, and the room was well-equipped with clean, modern decor. However, the $45 nightly valet parking fee felt quite high. I also appreciated the ability to use nearby gym facilities, but I missed having a gym on-site.
